Once you’ve toured a place that you like, you’ll receive information from one of our property managers on how to apply and secure that property for you and your group.
Once we review and approve your documents you’ll receive a lease to sign, along with information on how to pay the deposit that is required for the property. After that the place is yours. Everything is done online for a responsible paperless experience. Once the rental process is complete no other forms or procedures will be required until you move in. It’s that simple!
